AGGREGATE TREATMENT PLANT PRICE INDICES
The price of the sewage biological purification stations of 50, 100, 200, 500 m3/day capacities (see the table) includes: cost of turnkey construction of a station pumping sewage to the treatment plant, combined works (2-4 sections) with a mixing chamber and circulation pumps, afterpurification bioreactor with an artificial feed, electrolysis room, contact tank, sludge compressor (the sludge is transported to the dump) or sludge platforms, laboratory and serving spaces. The electrolysis installations may be replaced by ultraviolet installations.

The price of the sewage biological purification stations of 1,000, 5,000, 12,000, 25,000 m3/day capacities includes (see the table): cost of turnkey construction of fine mechanical purification installations (bow sieves, step grates, etc.); sand catchers; combined works (4 sections) with a mixing chamber and circulation pumps; bioreactor with an artificial feed, electrolysis rooms with contact tanks or ultraviolet installations, laboratories and serving spaces. Rooms where the sediment will be dewatered, are also planned. However the cost of the dewatering equipment is not included in to the total cost.
The above-listed stations are constructed as a single or two buildings with detached waste stations, contact tanks and sludge platforms. The vessels within the buildings are made of monolithic concrete, walls are made of bricks, and floors are made of precast concrete or special boarding. Non-standard equipment is manufactured of steel covered with anticorrosive coat.

The above prices have been estimated for Russia and former USSR countries. The cost do not take into account possible high-level seismicity (over 7 points), ever-frozen soil and travelling expenses.
The following variants of co-operation with local designing and construction companies are possible in case of sewage biological purification station construction:
- joint designing. Rostov Research Institute may entrust institutions and companies with designing some parts of the project or develop the engineering aspect of the design for them.
- joint construction of the treatment works. In this latter case the construction of houses and communications, prefabricated equipment integration may be carried out by local builders. Non-standard equipment shall be manufactured and assembled, and the field supervision and setting up shall be performed the Rostov Institute only.
